Application Enabled Printing (AEP)
SATO’s Application-Enabled-Printing AEP Technology solves business problems in various industries with a flexible and cost-effective option of printing labels and tags. This next generation of smart printing allows the NX Series to be used as a stand alone printing solution eliminating the need for costly computers. AEP resides inside the printer and can be customized to optimize business processes and provide additional data input with common peripherals such as a USB keyboard or bar code scanner. The printer can also print labels by querying a database with keyboard input or by scanning a barcode.

Sato HR224 Industrial Thermal Printer
The HR2 Series, 2″ Thermal Transfer Printer performs with a High Printing Accuracy and High Printing Resolution for printing on very small labels Designed specifically for applications that require printing on very small labels. Constructed with a heavy-duty metallic casing, the HR2 series printer is fit for use in demanding industrial environments that have space constraints. Integrated with a dispenser and rewinder, the printer offers convenience and efficiency by being able to dispense the label (without the backing liner) and rewind the backing material from the dispensed labels all at the same time automatically after every print. With the user in mind, the label and ribbon compartments are uniquely designed at the top of the printer for easy access and loading. Multiple standard communication interfaces like LAN, USB, RS-232C and EXT Port are integrated at the rear side of the printer for a wide variety of application connection.

Sato M10e 10.5″ Wide Web Thermal Printer
SATO’s new wide web thermal printer M10e was designed with manufacturing applications in mind. This barcode printer creates labels up to a full 11.8 inches wide at a speed of up to 5 inches per second. The 10.5-inch printhead makes it possible to print large format compliance labels at top speed without rotating the image. Sato M84Pro Series is built to be the rugged industrial generation of high performance printers with high resolution capabilities. The M84Pro offers user configurable print resolutions of 203, 305, and 609 dpi and its powerful electronics provide high throughput and print speeds of 10, 8 and 6 ips at 203, 305 and 609 dpi respectively.
